We always believed
in a dynamically tiered organization structure, with
the key middle level technology group being a strong
and consistent tier, which has been with the company
right from its inception, and a need based dynamic higher
and lower level technology group, which ensured low
man power costs to the company and hence adding to the
price advantage, which has been the company’s
strength always. |

The middle level mostly
consists of Project Leads and Team Leads who are allotted
projects and need based project teams to manage individual
projects. This strategy ensures that most recent technologies
are employed without having to constantly train existing
manpower or to spend on manpower with obsolete skill
sets. |

We have over 15 Project
Managers and Project leads who form the strongest arm
of Elmer, our middle-tier staff, each of whom have over
10 years GIS experience. The other arms of our team
are GIS operators, QC technicians, developers, logistics
support, admin support etc. who all form the lower tier. |
